Cole's Christmas '07
Better late than never...
Cole celebrated his second Christmas in Burbank surrounded by family (and gifts). Nana and Pop Pop came out from Arizona to join mom, dad, Oma and Zeydeh for a nice quiet Christmas.
Cole is still getting used to the entire concept of Christmas and to be honest wasn't completely sold. It is a lot a pressure for an 18 month old to be surrounded by gifts and have the full attention of everyone in the room. So Cole decided to open his gifts on his own terms and timeline.
Cole would enter the room, open a gift and then decide that he was "all done". He would take a short break while everyone else could open a gift and then when the time was right would come back in and open another gift. For being a bit overwhelmed, Cole handled it very well and he seemed to really enjoy his gifts. He liked them even more when they were all unwrapped and he could take his pick of what to play with next.
Below are some highlights from the day.
